Our Board of Directors
As a political subdivision of the State of Texas, Midland County Utility District (MCUD) operates under the governance of a five-member board of directors. Elected in accordance with the state water code, our board ensures transparent decision-making, effective resource management, and responsible service delivery to our community.
Our Executive Team
The MCUD Executive Team oversees the daily operations and decision-making for the District. They report directly to the Board of Directors, who govern and make significant decisions based on the Executive Team's recommendations, in compliance with legal guidelines.
