MCUD Welcomes Boyd Miller to Lead Asset Management Program

Midland County Utility District has welcomed Boyd Miller as a consultant to lead the development of its asset management program. Boyd brings decades of operations experience, including service as Director of Operations at Tarrant Regional Water District. In response to public interest in how MCUD tracks and cares for its infrastructure, the District is beginning work to document its assets and plan for their maintenance and eventual replacement. This program will help MCUD make informed decisions as its water system grows.
